1. Acceptance
By using alaamah you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, the confidentiality of your password, and all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Credits
- The platform runs on credits; each generation consumes credits based on type and size.
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; credits refresh each cycle.
- Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
- Top-up packs never expire and stack on top of your subscription balance.
- You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid cycle.
- Consumed credits are non-refundable. Other refund requests are reviewed within 14 days of purchase under Saudi e-commerce regulations.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform to produce content violating the laws of Saudi Arabia, hate speech or violent content, infringe third-party intellectual property, impersonate others, send spam, attempt to breach the platform or bypass usage limits, or resell access without written agreement.
5. Content and Ownership
- Your content is yours. What you upload and generate remains your property.
- You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to operate the service.
- You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing. AI outputs may contain errors and do not constitute professional, legal or financial advice.
- The platform, its design and brand belong to alaamah.
6. Social Media Accounts
When connecting accounts you agree to comply with those platforms' terms. You are solely responsible for content published through your accounts. We are not liable for actions a social platform takes against your account, and publishing may be interrupted by changes outside our control. We keep a copy of your image or video file on our servers until the post has been published successfully to all the platforms you selected, then delete it about one hour later. Your post remains live on the social platform. Media from failed posts is deleted after 7 days (the post record remains); media from scheduled, draft or recurring posts is kept until they are published.
YouTube: if you connect a YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Alaamah uses YouTube API Services only to upload the videos you publish or schedule to your own channel and to show which channel is connected; see the YouTube section of our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time from Alaamah or at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
7. Availability
We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, notifying you of the reason where possible. You may close your account at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
